We believe that the Christian Faith is best expressed by experiencing life together, and we aim to be a home away from home for college-aged students! There are several ways to get involved including Short Series, FREE! Meal, and Home Teams. We also have several service and leadership opportunities available to students throughout the year. We firmly believe that the church is a place for contributors, not just consumers and push our college students to find ways to plug-in, serve, and lead.
Worship 9 a.m. Sunday - The Sanctuary or the gathering
We believe that worship is a vital part of the Christian walk, and encourage our students to attend either of the two worship services offered at Pioneer Drive at 9 a.m.
Short Series 10:30 a.m. Sunday - Allen Room
During this time we meet for coffee, donuts and announcements before breaking out into different Short Series. These are 4-6 weeks long and are taught by various adult and student leaders. The purpose of Short Series is to offer students multiple choices in what they wish to study. All Short Series topics are focused on God's word and Christian life and aim to help students apply what they learn to their everyday life.
FREE! Meal 6 p.m. Sunday - Fellowship Hall (Beginning August 28th)
FREE! Meal is exactly what is sounds like, free food no strings attached. We love God, and love College students, so what better way to show our love than a free home-cooked meal most Sunday nights.
This is the heartbeat of our ministry. We firmly believe that walking after Jesus is best done together. Home Teams provide a way to cultivate intimate meaningful relationships with other college students who are striving after Christ. These teams are divided by gender and meet in the homes of our leaders on a weekly basis.
