Serving at Pioneer Drive
At Pioneer Drive, we believe everyone is called to serve. We know that the Body of Christ is made up of many different people with a multitude of gifts and strengths, and we are only at our best when everyone has found their passion. Below, you will find a brief description of each of our teams and a link to sign-up.
Parking Lot Team
The Parking Lot Team welcomes members and guests alike to our campus. We help with parking and wayfinding outside. We’re looking for high-energy, hospitable people who are passionate about first impressions. Our motto: “The sermon starts in the parking lot.”
Welcome Team
On our Welcome Team, you’ll have the opportunity to help each person that enters our doors feel seen and valued. We know that a warm smile and an energetic greeting can make a major difference in someone’s church experience, and we’d love to welcome you to our team!
Hospitality Team
The Hospitality Team is the hands and feet of the gathering service. We are passionate about making our services successful and we do this through meeting people’s needs inside the worship center, passing the offering container, administering the Lord’s Supper, and helping get things on and off the stage, among other tasks.
Bridge Team
Calling all ‘people’ people! The Bridge Team is the newest team at Pioneer Drive, and we love meeting new people! The goal of our team is to help guests get connected to the life of our church by engaging them in conversation and making sure they feel cared for and known.
Next Steps Team
The Next Steps Team is made up of people who can answer all your questions! Want help finding a discipleship group? Interested in volunteering but not sure where to start? Want to meet a pastor? We’ve got you. On our team, we help people take the next step in their faith journey by answering questions, facilitating connections, and being a resource on all things Pioneer Drive.
Prayer Team
At Pioneer Drive, we believe everything we do should be saturated in prayer. As a member of the Prayer Team, you will have the opportunity to stand in the gap on behalf of the services, ministries, and people on our campus. We pray both as a team together and individually with other people who would like someone to go to the Lord with them. If you are passionate about prayer, we hope you’ll join our team!
Worship Team
The Worship Team in the gathering consists of musicians and vocalists who serve our congregation by leading worship through music each week. On our team, everyone is a worship leader! If you have a heart for helping people connect with God through music, we’d love to speak with you about our team!
Production Team
The Production Team in the gathering consists of men and women who love to lead in worship behind the scenes. Through the use of Audio, Video, and Lighting, our team desires to create an intimate, distraction-free environment for people to encounter God.
Livestream Team
The Livestream Team films and captures the services with video cameras so people who are unable to attend the service can watch it live or later in the week. We can teach anyone with a willing heart how to work a camera and contribute to this meaningful ministry. Let’s go!
Children’s Check-In Team
Our Children’s Check-In Team exists to help parents with the drop-off process. By providing a warm welcome, helpful information, and support at our check-in stations, we want parents on our campus to feel comfortable and confident leaving their little ones in our care.
Preschool Team
The goal of our Preschool Team is to care for little ones on our campus through lessons, songs, and fun! If you have a heart for children and desire to see them grow as young disciples of Jesus, we’d love to have you on the team!
Children’s Team
Our Children’s Ministry serves families and children in 1st-6th grade. It is our prayer that our children learn more about the love of Jesus and eventually come to know Him as their personal Lord and Savior. We approach this through Bible Study, Music, Missions and FUN!
