We know that the Body of Christ is made up of many different people with a multitude of gifts and strengths, and we are only at our best when everyone has found their passion. The Parking Lot Team welcomes members and guests alike to our campus. We help with parking and wayfinding outside. We’re looking for high-energy, hospitable people who are passionate about making a strong first impression. Our motto: “The sermon starts in the parking lot.” If you love being outdoors and want your smile to be the first thing someone sees when they arrive, this team is for you.
On our Welcome Team, you’ll have the opportunity to help each person who enters our doors feel seen and valued. We know that a warm smile and an energetic greeting can make a major difference in someone’s church experience, and we’d love to welcome you to our team! If you have a gift for making people feel at home, come put it to work right where people need it most — the front door.
The Next Steps Team is made up of people who can answer all your questions! Want help finding a discipleship group? Interested in volunteering but not sure where to start? Want to meet a pastor? We’ve got you. On our team, we help people take the next step in their faith journey by answering questions, facilitating connections, and being a resource on all things Pioneer Drive. If you love connecting people to the right next step and helping them feel less alone in their journey, join us.
At Pioneer Drive, we believe everything we do should be saturated in prayer. As a member of the Prayer Team, you will have the opportunity to stand in the gap for the services, ministries, and people on our campus. We pray both as a team and individually with others who would like someone to go to the Lord with them. If you are passionate about prayer, we hope you’ll join our team! There is no greater way to serve the church than to carry its needs before the Father.
Worship Ministry exists to prepare hearts and spaces so that our church can encounter God fully — both in what people see and hear and in the environment created around them. From the stage to the sound booth, every role serves the same goal: pointing people to Jesus through worship.
The Production Team consists of men and women who love leading worship behind the scenes. Through Audio, Video, and Lighting, our team seeks to create an intimate, distraction-free environment for people to encounter God. If you want to help create worshipful environments and love technology, this is your team!
Our Children’s Ministry serves families and children in 1st–6th grade. It is our prayer that our children learn more about the love of Jesus and eventually come to know Him as their personal Lord and Savior. We approach this through Bible Study, Music, Missions, and FUN! If you love pouring into the next generation and want to help shape a child’s faith, we need you on our team.
The goal of our Preschool Team is to care for little ones on our campus through lessons, songs, and fun! If you have a heart for children and desire to see them grow as young disciples of Jesus, we’d love to have you on the team! Even the youngest hearts on our campus are worth investing in — come help us plant those first seeds of faith.
Our Children’s Check-In Team helps parents with the drop-off process. By providing a warm welcome, helpful information, and support at our check-in stations, we want parents on our campus to feel comfortable and confident leaving their little ones in our care. If you’re organized, friendly, and want to ease a parent’s mind every Sunday morning, this team is a great fit for you.
Student Ministry exists to walk alongside middle and high school students as they navigate the unique challenges and questions of adolescence, helping them build a faith that’s truly their own. Through small groups, mentorship, events, and Bible study, we point students toward a lifelong relationship with Jesus. If you love this age group and want to be a steady, godly influence during some of the most formative years of a young person’s life, we’d love for you to serve alongside us.
College Ministry exists to reach and disciple college-age adults during a season of life full of transition, independence, and big decisions. We create a place to belong, grow in community, and dig deeper into Scripture together. If you have a heart for young adults and want to help them build a faith foundation that will carry them well beyond graduation, come serve with our team.
Adult Discipleship exists to help adults of every age and stage grow deeper in their walk with Christ through Bible study, small groups, and intentional relationships. We believe spiritual growth happens best in community, not isolation. If you love studying God’s Word and want to help others do the same — whether by leading a group, teaching, or simply showing up consistently for someone else’s growth — this ministry needs you.
Local and Global Missions exists to mobilize our church to live out the Great Commission, both right here in our own community and around the world. From local service projects to international mission trips, we believe every believer is called to be a part of God’s mission. If you have a heart for the lost, a passion for serving practical needs, or a desire to go and share the Gospel, there’s a place for you on this team.
The Wednesday Evening Meal Prep Team exists to serve our church family with a warm meal before our midweek activities, giving people one less thing to worry about and one more reason to gather together. Sharing a meal builds community in a way few other things can. If you enjoy cooking, serving, or simply making people feel cared for through good food, come join us in the kitchen!
